A Brief Story of Puddles and the Evil Dog then the Relaxing Washing Machine the the Spin-Tastic Dryer
I was just sitting on the couch with my owner, when shegot up and left the room for a moment. I was left on the couch. And suddenly, I see a creature creeping nearer, and nearer. SNAP! I am whipped off the couch. "Yuck!" I think. Wet, gooey slobber was all over me, teeth digging into my skin, and then, I'm outdoors. Through the woods, dirt, leaves, ick. My owner then storms outside in a panic screaming, "Where's Puddles!" She then sees the dog, on the edge of the woods, with me in her mouth. She and her sister chase the dog down and rescue me. I get tossed in the washer. Oh, how I love the washer. It first gently fills with a calm waterfall of water, which i am usually generously placed underneath by my owner. When it has filled, it spins back and forth with it's wonderful swish swish, swish swish as the laundry detergent bubbles into sweet-smelling bubbles. I float calmly on the suface of the water. Next, a full, one-direction spin kicks in. I float faster, less calmly over the surface. The spin dizzies me. Last is the draining. As the water level lessens, I get closer to the bottom of the machine. When it ends, somebody comes and loads the wet load into the dryer. I hate the dryer. All it does is heat up and spin. Plus, it is dark in there. It makes me sick to my stomach. Blech. When that is over, my owner comes and gets me and I am happy and kept away from the dog.
